The Janet G. Reilly Memorial Scholarship
through the Peterborough Woman’s Club
“Take the time and make the time for people. Everybody has a story…” This was one of Janet’s favorite sayings, and when you apply for this scholarship, we want to hear yours.
This scholarship honors Janet’s legacy by recognizing individuals who embody her spirit of community, connection, and giving back. Janet was known for her ability to connect people and causes, and we seek applicants who share these values.
Eligibility: The application is open to female seniors at ConVal High School. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to community service and connecting people to meaningful causes.
Deadline: Applications must be submitted to melissa Bull at mbull@conval.edu or dropped off in the counseling office at ConVal
by the end of the day on March 20, 2026.

About Janet, from her family:
People, community, and giving back were the core of who our mom was. She loved to connect people and life to common causes and spent her life working to do so. Whether it was connecting a newcomer to someone who could help them build their new community or connecting a person to a meaningful cause with a need, connecting was part of her DNA.
